Past and Present Clients

For privacy and security I am not quoting any names or anything to enable identification for these examples- I'm sure you understand why.​

1. The secretary of a local registered charity had lost access to their email account. I was able to help liaise with their email provider and also explain how their emails also existed online, as well as how to manage them correctly so that the email account did not 'overfill' again.

2. A local registered charity needed a new laptop and wanted help in purchasing and setting it up including linking it to existing printer and scanner. Personal training was additionally provided once the machine was up and running.

3. Setting up a basic tablet for an elderly hospitalised person who had never used one before, enabling the client to video call family whilst in hospital. This was in 2020 during COVID restrictions.

4. Supporting partially sighted person in own home, using my own technology to research online for things such as services available locally.

5. Sourcing an economical broadband service and providing easy steps to proceed if desired for someone already online but not confident in what should be considered.

6. Online safety review and advice regarding passwords and protection for self employed trader.

7. Sourcing economical smartphone, once purchased by client set up security features and play store account.
